Acquisition by LVMH of Hermès International shares


Following an addendum to the derivative instrument contract over 3 001 246 shares in
Hermès International mentioned in the press release of 23rd October, LVMH acquired these
shares. Consequently LVMH holds, as of this Monday, a total of 18 017 246 Hermès
International shares, representing 17.1% of its capital.
