Projet d’adaptation de Publications Metro France


Les partenaires sociaux de Publications Metro France ont été réunis ce jour par la direction, afin d’être
informés d’un projet de réorganisation de l’entreprise.

Afin de faire face à la crise du marché publicitaire, qui frappe depuis plusieurs années et durablement
Publications Metro France, l'entreprise se voit contrainte d'envisager un projet d'adaptation de son
organisation.

Ce projet impliquerait la cessation de la parution du journal Metronews sur papier et entraînerait la
suppression de 60 postes. Le reclassement interne au sein du groupe TF1 sera privilégié, afin de
réduire le nombre de licenciements.

Le groupe TF1 maintiendrait l’activité digitale avec l’objectif de développer les positions déjà acquises
par la marque, capitalisant ainsi sur les investissements effectués dans ce domaine.

Une prochaine réunion du Comité d’Entreprise se tiendra le mardi 26 mai 2015. Le plan
d’accompagnement fera l’objet de négociations avec les partenaires sociaux dans les prochaines
semaines.

Adjustment project at Publications Metro France


The social partners of Metronews were assembled today by the management to be informed of a
company reorganisation project.

To address the crisis in the advertising market, one that has impacted Metronews for several years
and on a lasting basis, the company is obliged to envision a project to adjust its organisation structure.

The project would involve terminating circulation of the print version of Metronews and lead to the
elimination of 60 jobs. The emphasis will be on internal redeployment within the Group so as to limit
the number of redundancies.

The TF1 group will maintain the digital business with a view to developing the positions already
established by the brand, thereby capitalising on the investments made in this field.

A Works Council meeting will be held on Tuesday May 26, 2015. The support plan will be negotiated
with the social partners in the coming weeks.
