Lancement du programme de rachat d’actions



Dans le cadre du programme de rachat d’actions tel qu’annoncé lors de la publication des résultats
annuels du 19 février 2015 et conformément à l’approbation donnée par l’Assemblée Générale Mixte
du 16 avril 2015, TF1 annonce avoir signé un mandat avec un Prestataire de Services financiers
Indépendant (PSI) visant le rachat d’actions de la société TF1 (ISIN : FR0000054900), en vue de leur
annulation.

Pendant la durée du programme, la Société informera le marché sur les actions rachetées, ceci de
façon régulière et conformément à la réglementation en vigueur.

Launch of share buyback programme



As part of the share buyback programme announced when the 2014 full-year results were published
on February 19, 2015, and in accordance with the approval granted by the Annual General Meeting on
April 16, 2015, TF1 announces that it has engaged an independent financial services provider in
connection with the repurchase of TF1 shares (ISIN: FR0000054900) with a view to their cancellation.

Throughout the programme, the Company will keep the markets informed on a regular basis about the
shares that have been repurchased, in accordance with the currently applicable regulations.
