Akkoord met banken



Aan het einde van het eerste semester van 2005 voldeed Recticel niet aan bepaalde
voorwaarden opgelegd door haar banken en financiële schuldeisers in het kader van het
gesyndiceerd krediet van 250 miljoen EUR.

De Groep heeft gesprekken gevoerd met de betrokken partijen en inmiddels een onderling
akkoord bereikt, waardoor de continuïteit van de financiering verzekerd blijft.




Accord avec les banques



À la fin du premier semestre 2005, certaines conditions imposées à Recticel par les banques et
créanciers financiers dans le cadre du prêt syndiqué de 250 millions EUR n’étaient pas
satisfaites.

Le Groupe a mené des discussions avec les parties concernées et a conclu, dans l’intervalle,
un accord garantissant la continuité de son financement.




Agreement with bankers



At the end of the first half of 2005, certain conditions under the financing arrangements with
banks and noteholders within the framework of the syndicated loan of 250 million EUR were not
met.

The Group entered into talks with the parties concerned and has, in the meantime, concluded a
mutual agreement that garantees the continuation of its funding.
