the French financial market authority, l’Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).

This document includes the half year activity report, the half year 2023 consolidated financial statements, the
report of the Statutory Auditors on the half year consolidated financial statements as well as the statement of
the person responsible for the Half Year Financial Report.

The Half Year Financial Report can be found, in French and English language, on AXA’s website (www.axa.com)
