TERACT is continuing discussions with
Groupement Les Mousquetaires and Casino group


Further to the joint press release issued this morning by le Groupement Les Mousquetaires and
Casino group, TERACT, of which InVivo group is the majority shareholder, confirms that the
exclusive discussions initiated on March 9th with Casino group are continuing.


TERACT and the Casino group have until the end of the current exclusivity period to reach an
agreement, based on an industrial project proposed jointly by TERACT, le Groupement Les
Mousquetaires and the Casino group on April 24th.


The press release issued this morning refers to the signing of a protocol of intent between
Groupement Les Mousquetaires and Casino group, which is compatible with the discussions
currently underway with TERACT, and demonstrates that the industrial project is still at the heart
of the discussions. These are aimed at strengthening the collaboration between the three
players.


This project aims to reinvent the world of retailing and bring about the emergence of a new
integrated agri-food model, focused on quality, responsible production and the customer. It
also aims to enhance farmers' incomes by reconnecting them with consumers.
