Acquisition au Canada par Belron

D'Ieteren annonce ce jour que la filiale canadienne de Belron, le leader mondial
du remplacement et de la réparation de vitrage de véhicules, a signé un accord,
sous réserve des approbations réglementaires locales, pour acquérir les activités
de vitrage de TCG International Inc., basé à Burnaby, British Columbia, dans le
cadre de la stratégie d'expansion géographique du groupe.

La transaction porte sur l'achat de Speedy Glass, Apple Auto Glass, Novus
Repair and Replacement, 1st Report Claims Services et Autostock Distribution.

Cette acquisition devrait permettre à Belron Canada, actif au Québec sous les
marques LEBEAU® et DURO® et, en dehors du Québec, sous la marque
STANDARD AUTOGLASS®, d'acquérir 260 points de service supplémentaires
(corporate et franchisés) ainsi que 33 points de distribution.

Overname in Canada door Belron

D'Ieteren maakt vandaag bekend dat de Canadese dochtermaatschappij van
Belron, wereldleider op het vlak van herstelling en vervanging van
voertuigbeglazing, een akkoord heeft gesloten, onder voorbehoud van de
goedkeuring van de lokale bevoegde overheden, om de Canadese
voertuigbeglazingsactiviteiten van TCG International Inc., met hoofdzetel in
Burnaby, British Columbia, over te nemen.

Het akkoord is volledig in lijn met de strategie van geografische expansie van
Belron en omvat de overname van Speedy Glass, Apple Auto Glass, Novus
Repair and Replacement, 1st Report Claims Services en Autostock Distribution.

Deze overname zou Belron Canada, dat actief is in Quebec onder de merknamen
LEBEAU® en DURO® en buiten Quebec als STANDARD AUTOGLASS®, 260
bijkomende servicepunten (in eigen beheer en licentiehouders) en 33
distributiepunten opleveren.

Canadian Acquisition by Belron

D'Ieteren announces today that the Canadian subsidiary of Belron, the global
leader in vehicle glass repair and replacement, has signed an agreement, subject
to the customary regulatory approvals, to acquire the Canadian glass operations
of TCG International Inc. headquartered in Burnaby, British Columbia in line with
the Belron's commitment to further geographic expansion.

The transaction includes Speedy Glass, Apple Auto Glass, Novus Repair and
Replacement, 1st Report Claims Services and Autostock Distribution.

This agreement would give Belron Canada, which operates in Quebec under the
brands LEBEAU® and DURO® and outside Quebec as STANDARD
AUTOGLASS®, 260 additional service centres (both corporate and franchised
outlets) and 33 distribution outlets.
